🎯 Objective
This article explains how to enable the white-label option in Ugosign. This feature allows you to replace the default visual elements (logo and colors) with your own brand guidelines, providing a fully customized experience for your end users.
📝 Prerequisites
- You must have an account with Super Administrator permissions.
- Accepted formats for your logo: JPG, PNG, or SVG. Maximum file size: 15 MB.
📍 Configuration steps
- Log in to your administration area, then go to your organization management page.
- In the navigation menu, click the Customization tab.
- On the configuration screen, complete the following fields:
- Logo: Upload your logo file.
- Primary color: Select your brand’s main color (used for buttons and headers).
- Secondary color: Define an accent color if needed.
- Logo layout: Choose the desired alignment ("logo + text", "logo only", or "large logo").
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
ℹ️
The Preview button allows you to review your changes before applying them.
✅ Expected result
Once the changes are saved, the Ugosign interface will immediately display your logo and colors during your clients’ signing process.
Example renderings
💡 Good to know
- For the best visual result, we recommend using a transparent PNG logo with a minimum width of 250px.
- Changes are applied in real time, but clearing your browser cache may be necessary to see them immediately on all devices.
- If you do not see the "Customization" tab, check that your role has sufficient permissions.
