What is AI analysis in Ugosign?
Ugosign's artificial intelligence automatically analyzes contracts to identify:
- Sensitive clauses

How much does the AI module cost?
The AI module is offered at €9 per month.
This package includes 10,000,000 tokens, equivalent to approximately 1,000 document analyses.
What is a token?
A token is a unit used by artificial intelligence models to measure the amount of text analyzed.
On average:
- 1 token ≈ 4 characters
- 1 analysis ≈ 7,500 tokens
What happens if I exceed my token quota?
If your organization exceeds its token quota, an overdraft will appear. This amount is automatically regularized during the next billing cycle.
Can I analyze PDFs?
Yes. PDF documents are automatically converted to text via an OCR engine before being analyzed by the AI.
Are my documents stored or reused to train the AI?
No. Analyzed documents are not used to train artificial intelligence models.
Which AI model is used to analyze documents?
We rely on Mistral Large, the most powerful model from the French company Mistral AI. This collaboration allows us to offer high-level legal analysis while guaranteeing that your data remains hosted in Europe and is never used for AI training.
Does AI replace a lawyer?
No. AI analysis is a tool to assist in reading and improving contracts. It does not replace the advice of a legal professional.
